Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participation in reformer Pilates classes, as well as the use of equipment, involves physical movement, which may include strenuous physical exertion. I acknowledge that, as with any physical activity, there are inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, joint injuries, heart attacks, or other serious injuries. I affirm that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with the knowledge of these risks and assume full responsibility for any injuries or damage that may occur.Health and Medical Clearance
I confirm that I am physically fit, in good health, and have no medical or health conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in MVMT Pilates Studio classes. I understand that it is recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. I acknowledge that MVMT Pilates Studio is not responsible for determining my physical readiness or assessing any medical conditions.Assumption of Responsibility
I agree to listen to my body, follow instructions given by the instructors, and use caution when engaging in physical activities at MVMT Pilates Studio. I accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being and release MVMT Pilates Studio from any liability for injuries that may occur due to my participation, including in situations where equipment may be involved.Release of Liability
By signing this waiver, I release MVMT Pilates Studio, its owners, employees, and instructors from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, that I may have arising out of my participation in classes or use of facilities and equipment. This waiver extends to injuries, damages, or losses, including those resulting from negligence.Image Release
I hereby grant MVMT Pilates Studio, LLC permission to capture and use photographs or videos taken of me within the studio environment for purposes of marketing, including but not limited to print materials, website, social media channels, and other promotional publications. I understand and waive any reasonable expectations of privacy or confidentiality regarding these images, as specified above. I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive any financial compensation for the capture or publication of these photographs or videos. Additionally, I understand that the publication of these images grants me no rights to ownership or royalties. I hereby release MVMT Pilates Studio, LLC, its contractors, employees, and any third parties involved in producing or publishing marketing content, from any liability related to claims by me or third parties associated with my participation.Acknowledgment of Studio Policies
I agree to follow all studio policies, including any rules or guidelines set forth by MVMT Pilates Studio, regarding the proper use of equipment and behavior within the studio.
